Ingredients:
1. 45 grams of your favorite protein powder
2. 1/3 cup instant pancake mix
½ tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp sugar or sweetener or choice
2-3 ounces of water
1 Tbsp of Hershey’s dark chocolate powder
Your choice of topping: frosting, whipped cream etc.
You will also need:
2 safe bowls, one for mixing, one for cooking in the microwave
Instructions:
Step 1: Mix your pancake mix with your favorite protein powder
Step 2: Mix in your water and add the cocoa powder, cinnamon and sugar
Step 3: Mix until clumps are gone and your mix has a pudding –like consistency.
Step 4: Microwave for 90 seconds.
Step 5: To with your choice of topping.
