Oreo Mini Cheesecakes

2 pkgs. cream cheer
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
Oreo cookies
Chocolate to melt
Whipped topping
Paper cup-cake liners

Heat oven to 350.  Beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl with a mixer until well blended.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed after each just until blended.  Place 1 cookie in the bottom of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.  Fill with batter.  Bake 20 minutes or until centers are almost set.  Cool.  Refrigerate 3 hours.  Melt chocolate and drizzle over cheesecakes.  Top with whipped topping.
