2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups grated or blended zucchini
1/2 cup salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or microwave on high for 6 minutes.
