4 chicken breasts
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Place chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot. Combine other ingredients in another bowl and pour over chicken. Cook on high for 5 hours or low 8-10. Shred with fork; serve over rice.
