1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/2 cups oats
Mix: Sugar, milk butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add next four ingredients and stir.
Add oatmeal. Drop by spoonful onto waxed paper. Chill one hour.
