Fried Eggs and Tomatoes




Ingredients:

10 Eggs
6 tomatoes
10 tablespoons Vegetable oil
8 teaspoons salt
14 tablespoons sugar
2 oz ketchup
2 pieces green onions



Directions:

1. Wash tomatoes and green onions, and cut tomatoes into 1.5 inch pieces, and green onions into small pieces .
2. Put the eggs into a bowl, and mix them with 3 teaspoon salt for 2 minutes.
3. Put 7 tablespoons oil in the pan and turn on the fire. When the oil become hot, put chopped green onions and eggs into the pan, use the turner to stir the eggs and make them spread.
4. put the cooked eggs into a bowl.
5. put the rest of the oil into the pan and then put tomatoes. Fry them about 2 minutes.

6. Then put cooked eggs back to the pan. Mix them with the rest of salt, sugar and ketchup. Cook them for another 3 minutes. Then it’s done.

Divinity

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional) or 1/2 cup cherries (optional)
Directions
In a 2 quart saucepan combine sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt.
Cook to hardball stage, (260 degrees), stirring only until sugar dissolves.
Meanwhile, as temperature of syrup reaches 250 degrees, beat egg white till stiff peaks form.
When syrup reaches 260 degrees, very gradually add the syrup to egg whites, beating at high speed   with electric mixer.
Add vanilla and beat until candy holds its shape, 4-5 minutes.
Stir in the chopped nuts or cherries, if desired.
Quickly drop candy from a teaspoon onto waxed paper, swirling the top of each piece.

Let cool.

Banana Cake

3/4 C. shortening 
1 3/4 C sugar. 
1 1/2 C bananas (abt 2-3 bananas) mashed 
3 eggs, beaten. 
3/4 C plus 1/3 C milk. 
3/4 T vinegar (or enough to curdle it..this will make "sour milk". 
3/4 t salt
1 1/2 t soda
1 1/2 t baking powder 
3 C flour.

Frosting
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1/2-1 pound powders sugar 

1/4 cup milk

Mormon Muffins

• 2 c boiling water 
• 5 tsp baking soda
• 1 c shortening
• 2 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 qt buttermilk
• 5 c flour
• 1 T salt
• 4 c all-bran
• 2 c 40% bran flakes
• 1 c chopped walnuts

Add soda to boiling water and let cool.
Cream shortening and add sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time. 
Stir in buttermilk, then flour and salt. 
Add water and soda to this mixture. 
Mix All-Bran, bran flakes, and nuts in a large bowl.
Add buttermilk mixture.
Store in a covered container in a cool place overnight 
Spoon into muffin tins without stirring.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Lasts up to 6 weeks.

Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers

12 Jalapenos
1 Tube of sausage meat
1 Box of cream cheese 
Parmesan cheese

Cut peppers in half and scoop out the guts into the trash can. Put on a non greased pan.
Cook meat on stove till done. Season if you want.
Set oven to 350-375 degrees.
Mix meat with one block of cream cheese and begin filling peppers. 
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of peppers and slide in the oven for 15 min. or till gold/brown on top. 
Pull out and good to go. The smaller the Jalapeno pepper the more intense the heat.



I would like to have milk on hand if that would be possible. Some times you just cant tell if its going to be hot or not.

Scones with Honey Butter

Ingredients
Terrel’s frozen roll dough 
Directions 
Heat Canola/Vegetable oil in a broad pan to 385 degrees or until the oil starts to bubble.
Stretch out the dough and gently put them in with a slotted spoon. Turn them over after one or two minutes or until they are golden brown. When both sides are done, place the scones on a plate with a paper towel to soak up any extra oil and allow it to cool. Enjoy!


Honey Butter
Ingredients
2 sticks butter, room temperature
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
Use hand mixer to whip all ingredients together until smooth.
Cover and store in the refrigerator.

Allow to sit out at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving for easy spreading.

Oreo Churros

20 Oreos
1Cup Water
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
¼ tsp. Salt
1 cup flour
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ cup Heavy whipping cream
½ cup sugar
Oil for frying
Directions
Begin by separating the Oreo cookie from the filling into two separate bowls. 
Using a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into a fine crumble (like sand).
In a small pot, bring water, butter, brown sugar, and salt to a boil.
Meanwhile, combine flour, cinnamon, and 2 tbsp. of the cookie crumble in a mixing bowl.
Once the mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat and slowly add it to the flour mixture, and stir until incorporated.
Add in eggs and vanilla extract and stir until combined.
Put Churro batter into a piping bag and place in the refrigerator.
In a separate bowl, begin whipping the heavy cream, and slowly add the cream filling from the Oreos until peaks begin to form. Place in refrigerator. 
Mix together the sugar and remaining Oreo cookie crumble in a bowl.
Heat oil to 350 and squeeze batter into oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until crispy. 
Let excess oil drain from churros then while they are still warm, roll in Oreo/sugar mixture.

Serve with cream.

Rumaki

1 pkg Farmland bacon                                               1 c. brown sugar           
1 can whole water chestnuts                                     ½ c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chili sauce



Preheat oven to 350. Cut bacon in thirds. Roll each third around a water chestnut with a toothpick. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan for 20 minutes then drain the grease off. Make a sauce out of the brown sugar, mayonnaise and chili sauce. Pour over bacon. Bake for 30 more minutes.

Bread



Microwave in until sugar dissolves:
2 Cups Water
1 Tb. Salt
1/2 cup Sugar
3 Tb. Margarine
Put into mixer. Add:
3 cups Cold Water
2 Tb. Lemon Juice
6 cups Flour
Mix until smooth. Add:
2 1/2 Tb. Yeast
Add one cup at a time 6-8 cups flour until it stops sticking to the bowl.
Let rest 10 Minutes.
Make loaves and let them raise until double.
Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.

Zucchini Bread


Beat together well:
1 cup packed light-brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 x-large eggs
Add and mix well:
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2 cups peeled and grated zucchini
3 cups all-purpose flour

Stir in chocolate chips (milk, semi sweet, or both) 


Pour into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the center of the loaf feels firm and springs back at the touch.
