Cornflake Chicken
5 chicken tenders
½ cup of cornflakes
1 packet of onion soup
½ cup of butter
⅛ teaspoon of tabasco sauce
Crumble cornflakes in a bowl. Add the onion soup with
the cornflakes. In a separate bowl, melt butter then add tabasco sauce. Dip the chicken tenders in the butter mixture then coat them with the cornflakes. Place on a baking sheet and cook at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Banana Cake
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ cup shortening
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
2 bananas
1 tablespoon vinegar
½ milk
Powdered sugar
In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar and shortening and mix. Add salt, baking soda, and flour to mixture and stir. Place the vinegar
in a measuring cup. Add enough mix to the vinegar to have ½ cups of liquid. Stir into mixture. Mash the bananas and add to the mixture. Stir thoroughly. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
