Sesame Chicken
Chow Mein
Cheesecake
With Strawberries

Tempura batter
2 chicken breasts skinless
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
2tbsp corn starch
1tbsp oil
11/2 tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
About 1/2 cup water
Mix ingredients well adding enough water to make thin pancake batter dip chicken in batter and fry in oil.

Sesame chicken sauce
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1cup brown sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
2tbsp soy sauce
3tbsp corn starch
1 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp ginger
Combine all ingredients cook on medium until thickened. Put sesame seeds and then pour over chicken.

Chow Mein
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
ground black pepper, to taste
2-3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 (5.6 oz) packages refrigerated Yaki Soba noodles or linguini
2/3 c. chopped celery (chopped diagonally)
1 medium-sized onion, thinly sliced
2 c. chopped cabbage

In a small bowl combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and black pepper. Set aside.
Remove Yaki Soba from packages and discard included flavoring packets. Rinse noodles well, drain, and set aside. (or cook linguini according to directions)
Heat oil in a large wok or skillet. Add celery and onion and saute for about 1-2 minutes or until onions start to become soft and transparent. Add cabbage and saute an additional minute or so.
Toss noodles and soy sauce mixture with the vegetables over medium-high heat for an additional 2-3 minutes or until noodles are heated through.


Cheesecake
Yellow cake mix
2 tbsp oil
2pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
4eggs
11/2 cup milk
3tbsp lemon juice
3tsp vanilla
Strawberry filling

Preheat oven to 300
Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix
In large mixing bowl combine remaining cake mix 1 egg an oil.
Press crust into greased pan

In bowl blend cream cheese and sugar add 3 eggs and rest of cake mix beat for 1 minute slowly add milk and flavorings, bake 40-45 minutes then cool and then add topping.
