Chicken Alfredo Pasta

 Chicken Alfredo Pasta


6 oz fettuccine pasta

1 (8oz) package cream cheese

6 tbsp. butter

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper

2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cooked and cubed

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper


1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.  Add pasta, cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until 

noodles are tender.

2.While pasta is cooking, melt cream cheese and butter in a skillet over low heat.  Stir until 

smooth.  Stir in milk, and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.  Simmer for 3 minutes, or 

until thickened, stirring constantly.

3. Mix in chicken and red pepper.  Cook 3 minutes over medium heat, then

reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until peppers are tender.  Serve over fettuccine.



  Brownies


1 cup butter or margarine

2 cups sugar

 1/2 cup cocoa

4 eggs

 2 tsp. vanilla

1.5 cup flour

1/2 tsp salt


Soften margarine.  Stir in other ingredients.  Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
