Corn Meal Waffles

1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 cup corn meal
4 eggs, separated
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup oil

Sift together dry ingredients.  Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.  Combine egg yolks, oil and buttermilk with dry mixture.  Fold in egg whites.  (Tip:  Do not stir batter during baking process.  Let it foam)
