Cream of Broccoli Soup



 1 ½ cups water
1 ½  tsp. chicken bouillon granules
½ cup chopped onion
2 cups cut broccoli
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup milk

In a saucepan, combine water, chicken bouillon, chopped onion, and broccoli.
Bring mixture to boiling.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.  In another saucepan, melt the butter then blend in flour and salt.  Add the milk and cook, stirring constantly until the mixture is thickened and bubbly.  Stir in the vegetable mixture.  Cook and stir until soup is heated through
