1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
Combine in a pot. Season with salt and pepper; drain.
Add:
1 cup instant rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Place in prepared baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
