Ranch Chicken Club Roll-Ups

2 cans crescent roll dough
1 can chicken
16 slices bacon
8 slices cheddar cheese
8 tsp. Ranch dressing

Spread each crescent roll triangle with Ranch dressing.  Place a slice of cheese, torn to fit, in the center of each, then a slice of bacon.  Add as much chicken as you would like.  Roll each up and place seam side down on a greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with extra Ranch dressing for dipping.


Baked Parmesan Zucchini Rounds

2 medium sized zucchini
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Wash zucchini, cut into ¼ inch thick slices.  Place on baking sheet lined with tin foil.  Sprinkle evenly with cheese.  Place in oven and bake at 425 for 15 minutes, or until Parmesan turns a light golden brown.
