Buttermilk Pancakes
Buttermilk Syrup
Fruit Salad
Scrambled Eggs with Cheese

Buttermilk Pancakes

2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 cups buttermilk
5 Tbsp. melted butter

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.  In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk and melted butter.  Combine both mixes and mix well.  Let stand 5-10 minutes.  Pour desired amount into skillet on hot stove top;  cook and serve.

Buttermilk Syrup

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda

In a saucepan, mix together sugar, buttermilk and butter.  Bring to boil, then takeoff heat and add vanilla and baking soda.  Careful, it might foam over.
