Broccoli Soup
Tossed Salad
Bread Sticks
Cookies and Cream Ice Cream 


Broccoli Soup
1 bunch broccoli, finely chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 large carrot, chopped
1 quart milk
1/2 cup butter
flour
Cheese
Salt and Pepper

Put veggies in kettle & cover with one quart water. Simmer till tender. Mix milk with one quart cool water in blender, add to veggies. Make a roux melted butter and enough flour to make a smooth paste. Add to soup. Add grated cheese to taste. Serve hot with salt and pepper.


Bread sticks
I loaf of Rhodes bread dough
1 tbsp. of hidden valley ranch packet
1tbsp of margarine or butter.
cheese to taste


Let Rhodes loaf thaw. Melt butter and stir in ranch. Spread over rolled out dough. Grate cheese and add a very thin layer of cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.  Cut into slices.
