Double Chocolate Cookies

1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. chocolate chips

Cream sugars and margarine.  Add eggs and vanilla.  Sift dry ingredients together and add them to mixture.  Fold in chocolate chips.  Shape into balls and flatten.  Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
