Self Frosting Zucchini Cake

1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4-6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup buttermilk or sour milk ( 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar + milk to make 1/2 cup)
2 cups finely grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
3/4 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup nuts

Mix the oil, butter and sugar.  Add the eggs.  Sift or mix the dry ingredients (including cocoa).  Add the dry ingredients with the milk to the sugar mixture.  Blend well.  Stir in the zucchini and pour batter into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.  Mix the topping ingredients together and crumble on top of the cake mixture.  Bake at 350 for 40-45 min.
