Spaghetti
Garlic Bread
Caesar Salad
Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie with Ice Cream


Spaghetti Sauce

1 pound lean ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup fresh mushrooms
8 cups tomato juice
16 oz. tomato sauce
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

In a large skillet, cook ground beef with garlic and mushrooms.  Add tomato juice, tomato sauce and seasonings. Simmer for 1 hour.


Garlic Bread Spread

½ cup butter, softened
3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip

3 garlic, minced


Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookies

½ cup butter, softened
¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 egg
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. flour
½ package chocolate chips

Soften butter in microwave.  Stir in sugars, egg and vanilla until smooth.  Add salt baking soda and flour.  Stir to combine.  Fold in chocolate chips.  Spread a very thin layer of dough in cookie skillets.  Bate at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
