Tomato Soup
Pasta Salad
Bread Sticks

Tomato Soup
1 15.25 ounce can of tomatoes
puree until smooth

In sauce pan melt 2 1/2 tablespoons butter.
Add 2 tablespoons flour and cook a couple of minutes to cook flour.

Slowly add 2 cups milk and cook, stirring until thick and bubbly.

Add the purred tomatoes and heat through.

Pasta Salad

2 cups rotini pasta
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can sliced olives
1/3 cup green pepper (chopped)
1 cucumber, chopped
4 or 5 radishes, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup Zesty Italian dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to directions on package.  Rinse with cool water and drain.  Combine all ingredients except Parmesan and toss to coat.  Add cheese and taste to see if you need more salt or pepper.  You can add any vegetable you would like and also cubed cheese is a nice addition.

Bread Sticks
2 1/2 cups warm water
2 tablespoons yeast
combine in large bowl

Add:
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
5 cups flour

Combine and let rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out into 2- 11X17 inch pans that have been oiled or lined with parchment paper.
Cut with pizza cutter into desired size sticks.
Melt 1/4 cup butter for each pan and spread over dough.
Sprinkle with Salad Supreme and Parmesan cheese.
Let raise for at least 1/2 hour.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-11 minutes.
