Apricot Chicken
Rice
Strawberry Spinach Salad
Quick Biscuit Rolls
Banana Pudding Pie

Apricot Chicken
2 lare chicken breasts (cut in half)
1/2 cup Apricot jam
1/2 cup Russian Salad dressing
1/2 package dry onion soup mix

Put liner in crock pot.  Add chicken and ingredients.  Cook on high power 3-4 hours


Quick Biscuit Rolls
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking power
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix ingredients together.  Spoon into greased muffin tins.  Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Makes 4-5 biscuits.
