Sweet and Sour Chicken
Salad
Oreos and Pudding

Sweet and Sour Chicken
3 hand sized chicken breasts
2 bottles sweet and sour sauce
1 can diced pineapple
1 orange bell pepper
2 cups white rice

Boil chicken.  Cut up when completely cooked through.  Saute chicken with sweet/sour sauce, diced pineapple, and diced bell pepper.  Pour over rice.  Serve.



Add cranberries and glazed walnuts to dark salad greens and serve with vinaigrette dressing.

Prepare pudding as directed and top with crushed Oreos and whipped topping.
