Chicken Alfredo
Pistachio Salad
Steamed Broccoli
French Bread
Apple Crisp 

Chicken Alfredo
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
garlic salt to taste

Cook cream cheese, milk, and butter until melted in microwave or stove stirring often.  Once mixture is melted add mozzarella cheese and cook until melted.  Add garlic salt to taste.  Serve with your choice of pasta.

Pistachio Salad
1 small container Cool Whip
1/2 package pistachio dry instant pudding mix
Your choice of fruits and marshmallows

Stir together Cool Whip and pistachio dry pudding mix until pudding mix dissolves.  Add fruit as desired.  Examples would be pineapple, bananas, mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail.  Drain all fruits well.  Add marshmallows just before serving.  If using bananas add these just before serving as well.

French Bread Butter Spread
Add small amount of garlic salt, parsley, and paprika to butter.  Blend well and spread on french bread sliced lengthwise.  Toast in oven on broil.

Apple Crisp
6 cups peeled sliced apples
2/3 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/3 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter or margarine

Place apple slices in (8x8) glass baking dish.  Combine remaining ingredients, except butter, in medium mixing bowl.  Cut in butter until crumbly.  Sprinkle over apples.  Microwave for 12-14 minutes on high, or until apples are tender.  About 6 servings.
