Fettuccine Alfredo
Caesar Salad
Homemade Rolls
Chocolate Striped Delight

Homemade Rolls:
1 TBSP yeast
1/8 cup warm water
(Let set for five minutes then add the following ingredients)
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup of margarine
½ cup warm water
½ tsp  of salt
1 and ½ eggs
(Mix well)
Add 2 ¼ cups of flour
(Let rise for twenty minutes)
Roll out and let rise for one hour
Cook 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes

Fettuccine Alfredo:

¼ cup of butter
¼ cup flour
1 ½ cups of half and half
1 ½ cups water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
½ cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Cooked fettuccine noodles

Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour to make paste. Slowly stir in half and half until smooth. Add water and chicken bouillon. Let simmer and thicken slightly. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cooked pasta. 

Chocolate striped delight:

 ½ pkg. (4 oz) cream cheese,
1/8 cup sugar
1 TBSP milk
Beat together until smooth. Fold in:
 ¾ cups thawed whipped topping. Spread over
Graham cracker crust. Chill.
Prepare:
1 pkg. (2 serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling, using
1 and ¾ cups milk. 
Pour over cream cheese layer.  Chill several hours or overnight.  Shortly before serving, spread:
1 1/2 cups thawed whipped topping over pudding.  Garnish with shaved Chocolate candy bar, if desired.  Makes 6 servings.
