Navajo Tacos
w/ cheese, lettuce, tomato, olives,
Ranch and Sour Cream
Brownies with Ice Cream

Mom's all purpose bread
1 1/2 C warm water
2 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. oil
1 Tbs. yeast
1/2 Tbs. salt
4 C flour
Put all the wet ingredients together then add flour a little bit at a time. Knead until smooth, let rise 1 hour.  Roll out and form scones.  Fry in oil.  This recipe also makes 2 loaves. Let rise one more hour.  Bake at 400 for 20 min. 

Bean sauce:
2 cans refried beans
1lb hamburger
2 small cans tomato sauce
Taco seasoning flavor to taste.
Mix together and warm.  Spread over fried scones.
