Hamburger Gravy
Mashed Potatoes
Corn
Apple Crisp with Ice Cream

Hamburger Gravy
1 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 tbsp butter
2 pounds hamburger
6 large potatoes
2 cans corn
1 cube beef bullion
2 tbsp minced garlic
Brown your hamburger in a skillet with garlic. Move all the meat to one side of the pan and tilt the pan so all of the grease is on the other side. Slowly add the flour until all the grease has been soaked up into it. It will look gross but that means it is right. Mix the meat with the flour grease and add the butter. Once mixed add the milk until it reaches the top of the meat. Keep close watch on your heat and keep stirring to prevent scalding your milk. Sauce will thicken fast!!!

Apple Crisp
6 Apples – peeled cored and sliced
1 cup water
1 (18.25 ounce) Package white cake mix
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Arrange apples in an even layer in bottom of baking dish. Pour water over apples.
In a medium bowl mix together cake mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter or margarine until ingredients are thoroughly blended; mixture will be crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over apples.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 – 55 minutes.
