Chicken Enchiladas
Blueberry Angel food Cake

Chicken Enchiladas 

4 chicken breast or thighs
4 tortillas 
1 or 2 cans of olives 
8 oz cheese blend  
1 onion 
1 can green chills
2 cans of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream 
    garlic 

Boil the chicken for about 30 minutes. Cut chicken up into cubes or strips. Mix soup, sour cream, green chili, and garlic together. Place on tortillas and add chicken and onions. Wrap and put in pan. Place the remainder of soup on top add cheese and olives .
Bake at 350 until bubbles form; around 20 minutes. 

Angel food blueberry and lemon cake 

1 box of Angel food cake mix.  (Use Betty Crocker brand for best results)
1 can of Berry Pie Filling {blackberry, blueberry, etc.} ~ approx. 22 oz.
Juice of one lemon

    Mix powder cake mix, pie filling and lemon juice together.
    Place in 9×13 un-greased baking dish…
    Bake at 350 degrees for 28 – 30 minutes.

Serve with whipped topping.
