Chinese Wontons
 Sweet and Sour Sauce
Vegetable Salad
Cheese Cake

Chinese Wontons
2 pkgs won ton wraps                                        
¾ lb of ground pork                                   
6 stalks of green onions                                       
 1 tsp of salt
10 water chestnut’s                                            
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Vegetable oil for deep- frying

Chop the green onions and water chestnuts into pieces; combine with the remaining ingredients using your hands place about a teaspoon of the pork mixture just of center on the wraps. Brush each wrap edges with water; fold each into triangles; press edges together (make sure the edges have sealed) Deep Fry until golden brown.

Serve with sweet and sour Sauce.
2 tbsp. cornstarch                              
1 cup of brown sugar
2tbs. flour                                            
1 6-oz can pineapple juice
2/3 cup vinegar                                    
¼ cup Soy Sauce

Mix the corn starch and flour; slowly add vinegar to make a paste. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes.

Mixed vegetable salad
1 16 0z pkg of frozen mixed vegetables
1 onion diced
1 large head of lettuce torn into pieces
1 cup of mayonnaise
  Cook the vegetables; drain cool. Mix all of the ingredients together  chill an  hour before serving.
  Twix  Cheese cake
I package of No bake cheese cake
1 ready pic  crust.
4 twix bars

Make cheese cake as directed, crush up  Twix and sprinkle on top of the cheesecake.
Chill for an hour.
