Lemon Pepper Chicken
Rice
Mixed Vegetables
Bread Pudding with Ice Cream

Lemon Pepper Chicken:
-Fry 2 chicken breasts
-Add 1 1/2 T. of fresh lemon juice
-Add 1 can of cream of chicken
-Add Lemon Pepper
-Add Paprika
Let it simmer for 5 minutes or until warm
-Cook 1 cup of rice to go with it

Bread Pudding:
-2 Slices of bread
-2 tsp. butter, melted
-1 eggs, beaten
-2/3 cup milk
-1/4 cup white sugar
-1/4 cup white sugar
-1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
-1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Break bread into small pieces into a 8 inch square baking pan. Drizzle melted butter over bread. 
3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Pour over bread, and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up the egg mixture.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly tapped.
