Crepe Bar
Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Crepes

·      2 Cup Flower
·      2 Cup Milk
·      1 Cup Sugar
·      1 Cube Softened Butter
·      5 Eggs
·      1 Tsp. Vanilla

   Mix together all ingredients until smooth.  Cook in shallow pan until golden brown on both sides.  
  Serve with:
S Strawberries
   Bananas
   Powdered Sugar
   Whipped Cream
   Ham and Cheese


Cream Cheese Frosting

·      1 ½ Package Cream Cheese
·      ¾ Cup Butter
·      1 ½ cup Powder Sugar
·      ¼ teaspoon Salt
·      2 Teaspoons Vanilla

In a mixing bowl, cream together the Butter and Cream Cheese until smooth. Add the Vanilla and salt, then Add the powdered sugar in three additions and mix until smooth. Put on cupcakes when they cool.
