German Pancakes
Buttermilk Syrup
Fruit Salad

German Pancakes:
6 eggs
1 ½ cups milk
1 ½ cups flour
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
¼ cup butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, melt butter in pan in oven, combine rest of ingredients and pour over melted butter bake for 25-30 minutes.

Buttermilk syrup:
1 cup buttermilk
1 ½ c sugar
1 cup butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Bring sugar, butter, buttermilk to a boil and let it boil for 4 minutes. Take off heat and add baking soda and vanilla.
