Mac N' Cheese
Broccoli Salad
Ice Cream

Mac N' Cheese
2 bags Colby Jack Cheese
1 can evaporated milk
1 box elbow macaroni

Pre-heat the oven to 350.  Put water into a pot and start boiling.  Once it is boiling put in elbow noodles and cook until soft.  Get a separate pot and add 1 1/2 bags of cheese and the can of evaporated milk.  Heat on medium, constantly stirring.  Once the noodles are done put into a separate baking pan and add the melted cheese.   Mix all together and put the remaining cheese on top.  Cook until the cheese is either melted or crispy on top.


Broccoli Salad
1 head of broccoli, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
1/2 cup craisins
Bacon Bits
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds

Mix the ingredients together and chill. Goes great with a meal or just by itself.
