Lille Brown




Easy Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
1 10 ounce can of croissants
6 Eggs
2 tablespoons of half and half
1/4 tsp. of salt
1/4 tsp. of pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage 
Directions
1. Lightly butter large casserole dish. Unroll croissants and lay flat in casserole dish.
2. Brown sausage in pan and layer on top of croissants.
3. In separate bowl mix eggs with half and half, salt and pepper. Layer on top of sausage.
4. Cover with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Sticky Buns
Ingredients
8-10 Rhodes rolls
1/2 package cook and serve butterscotch pudding
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions
1. Put frozen rolls in small round cake pan and sprinkle the butterscotch pudding over them.
2. Melt the butter and then mix it with the brown sugar, pour that mixture over the frozen rolls.
3. Leave rolls out over night so they can rise.
4. Then the next morning bake rolls at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
