Jordan Myers


Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich
What you will need:
2 slices of bread
1 slice of cheese
3 oz of ham
1 teaspoon butter
A pinch of garlic
A frying pan

Directions:
1. Place frying pan on burner, heat to medium heat
2. Butter one side of each slice of bread
3. Place one slice of bread butter side down in pan
4. Put one slice of cheese and ham on the un-buttered side of the bread
5. Place the other slice of buttered bread on the cheese, butter side up
6. Sprinkle garlic salt on butter
7.     Periodically turn sandwich until both sides are a light brown color or until cheese is melted
8.     When sandwich is finished, place on a plate, cut the sandwich into two triangles


Tomato Soup
What you will need:
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion chopped (optional)
1 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 quart tomato juice
Salt to taste
2 cups milk

Directions:
1. In a soup pot over medium heat, saute onions in butter until translucent.
2. Remove from heat, stir in the flour so that no lumps remain
3. Slowly whisk in the tomato juice
4. Return to the hear and add salt
5. Cook until just boiling but turn off the heat just before it boils
6. Let cool 10 minutes then slowly stir in milk.
7. Serve immediately


Squeeze Fudge
What you will need:
4 ounces (½ package) cream cheese, softened
½ cup (1 cube) butter, softened, not melted OR replace with ½ cup peanut butter for peanut butter fudge
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 lb. Powdered sugar

1. Place all ingredients in a large ziplock bag.
2. Push all the air out and seal tightly
3. Squeeze and swuish the bag until the fudge is creamy.
4. Squeeze into a square pan or mold, press firmly
5. Chill, cut and serve
