Eggless Chocolate Cake

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup oil
1 cups water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar

Mix the dry ingredient in a greased pan (9x9").
Make 3 wells in the flour and pour the pre-mixed oil, vanilla and vinegar into the wells.
Pour the water over all the ingredients and mix well until the sugar is dissolved.  Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Frosting

4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. milk

When the cake is almost finished baking, combine the butter cocoa and milk in a saucepan; bring to a boil.  Add the powdered sugar and mix well.  Pour over the cake.
