Ritzy Chicken
Rice 
Green Beans
Banana Pudding

Ritzy Chicken:
3 or 4 Chicken breasts
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers (I buy the roasted vegetable kind)
½ cup buttermilk or regular milk
2 ½ cups shredded cheese
·      Grease a large baking tray with cooking spray, in a bowl crush Ritz crackers into really small crumbs, in a separate bowl pour buttermilk, and another separate bowl add the shredded cheese.
·      Set up the three bowls in a line then your pan. Start by dipping the chicken in milk then roll in shredded cheese, then cover with the crumbs and place in the pan. Repeat until all the chicken is covered. With the extra cheese place on top of the chicken covered in crumbs.
·      Cook in the oven at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until the center is no longer pink

Banana pudding:
Bananas
Instant vanilla pudding
1 box of Twinkies
1 small Cook whip
·      Make instant vanilla pudding enough to do two layers in the pan
·      Cut the twinkies in half horizontally and layer on the bottom of a pan, layer half of the vanilla pudding over the twinkies add sliced bananas on that layer then repeat (twinkies and pudding) for the second layer I like to do the cool whip on top of the pudding then place the bananas on top for looks

·      Refrigerate covered until ready to eat
