Poppyseed Chicken

Recipe from Maddie Flick
3 Chicken Breast, Chopped
1 1⁄2 C. Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Chicken
1 sleeve crushed ritz crackers 1⁄4 C. Melted Butter Poppyseeds
  1. Preheat oven to 350*F
  2. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. Chop chicken into a medium bowl.
  4. Add sour cream, cream of chicken soup
  5. Spread chicken into prepared casserole dish.
  6. Spread sour cream and cream of chicken mixture on top.
  7. In a small bowl combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Mix well.
  8. Spread cracker mixture over chicken mixture. Then add Poppyseeds
  9. Cook in oven for 25 minutes until top is golden and mixture is starting to bubble.
  10. Serve Immediately.
