Broccoli Cheddar Soup 
Tossed Salad
Homemade Hot Roll 
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies with Ice Cream

Cheddar Broccoli Soup
1 Bag Frozen Broccoli
1 Can Cream of chicken
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup 
1/2 Onion Diced
1 tsp Garlic Powder 
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 Stick of Butter
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 tbs Flour
1/2 tsp Salt

Combine all ingredients in a pot and cook until warm. 


Rolls
3/4 cup Milk 
4 tbs Butter
1/4 cup + 1 tbs Sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup warm water 
1 tbs yeast 
4-6 cups flour

Scald milk. Add butter, sugar, salt (melt). Mix cooled milk mixture with eggs and yeast. Add flour. cover in bowl overnight. Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Cut, butter then bake for 20 minutes on 375 degrees.

Salad
1 head of lettuce 
2/3 shredded carrots
2 tomatoes 
1/2 head cabbage
croutons 
3/4 cup graded cheese 

Shave carrots, dice tomatoes, cut cabbage and cut lettuce. Prepare Salad.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 box spice cake mix
1 small can pumpkin

1 package milk chocolate chips

Combine all together in a mixing bowl.  Bake at 350 for 10 min.
