Hamburgers
Sweet Potato Fries with Chipotle Mayo
Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

Hamburger Mix 

Montreal Steak seasoning 
1 pack of Ranch seasoning 
1 egg
2 lbs. hamburger

Mix egg with ranch seasoning in a mixing bowl.  Crumble raw hamburger over the top and mix in.  Form into 5-6 patties.  Season with Montreal Steak Seasoning and fry in a small amount of oil in a frying pan on stove top.

Sweet Potato Fries

2 large sweet potatoes
Garlic powder
Corn starch

Peal sweet potatoes and slice into strips.  Place strips in a bowl and cover with water.  Let soak for several minutes then drain and dry.  Place strips in a zip lock bag and sprinkle with cornstarch and garlic pepper.  Place strips on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 425.

Chipotle Mayo

1 cans of la castena chipotle chilis 
1 1/2 cups of mayonaise 
 dash of cummin 
dash of thyme 

Mix all ingredients and serve with sweet potato fries.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

 Each per person: 
Ice for crunch 
⅔ cup of almond milk 
2 cup chocolate ice cream 
⅓ cup of peanut butter 
Whipped cream and a cherry 

½ cup chocolate syrup
