Cajun Chicken Pasta
Garlic Bread
Peach Cobbler with Ice Cream


Cajun Chicken Pasta

1 qt. Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Chicken Breast (Halved)
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Small Onion
2 Stalks Broccoli
1.5 Cups Mushrooms
1 Box Bowtie Pasta
1-2 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
Red Pepper Flakes
Salt 
Pepper

Cook chicken in some type of fat, I prefer olive oil. When chicken is almost cooked start sautéing chopped veggies in a skillet. When veggies are started cook pasta, almost all the way, but not quite. Put all cooked ingredients into large skillet and add the cream and cajun seasoning. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes when everything is all added together. Season to tasted depending on how spicy you would like the end product.

Crockpot Peach Cobbler with Ice Cream

1/2 Cup Butter (Softened)
1 Can Peach Pie Filling
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix


Pour pie filling into the bottom of a crockpot. Cut butter into cake mix, until all combined. It will be a grainy texture. Pour cake and butter mixture over the pie filling. Cook on low for 3 hours. Top with ice cream.
