Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Pasta
1 pound of radiator pasta
6 strips bacon, diced
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 cups milk
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into pieces)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1-    Start by cooking the pasta, draining it, and setting it aside.
2-    While making the noodles, cook the bacon on a skillet, drain the grease but keep 1 tablespoon of the bacon drippings in the pan.
3-    Add a tablespoon of butter to the bacon drippings and toss in your chicken breast pieces. (Cook until no longer pink/browned).
4-    Pour the ranch dressing mix and flour over the chicken then add the 2 cups of milk. Stir until it is bubbly and thick.
5-    Add the cheese and half of the diced bacon pieces to the pan; stir until melted.
6-    Combine the sauce and pasta noodles together—add salt and pepper to taste.
7-    Top off the dish with extra bacon pieces and ENJOY!



Roasted Lemon Parmesan Garlic Asparagus
Serves 4-6 Total Time--13 minutes

1 pound asparagus
2 table spoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons parmesan
Juice of one lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

1-    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a baking sheet, arrange the asparagus in a single layer. Toss in the olive oil and sprinkle with salt pepper.
2-    Roast for 8-10 minutes or until the asparagus is crisp on the outside and tender in the center. Toss in the garlic, parmesan and lemon juice. Add more if desired. Serve immediately.

Chocolate Dream Cake
1 box chocolate cake mix
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. cool whip
1 Hershey’s chocolate bar

Directions: Make cake as directed on the box. While warm, pour sweetened condensed milk over top, cool. (Set in fridge or freezer to cool more).

Frost with cool whip. Grate the chocolate bar over top. Serve.


Raspberry Lime Smoothie
2 cups limeade
1 cup key lime pie yogurt
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 lime, sliced to garnish

1-    Place all ingredients into blender. (Liquid ingredients first).
2-    Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrape down the sides and blend for another 30 seconds.
3-    Serve and enjoy!
