Revocate Kalubi



Fettuccini Alfredo

¼ cup butter 
¼ cup flour
1 ½ cup half and half
1 ½ cup water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
½ cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Cooked fettuccine noodles

Melt butter in medium sauce pan over medium heat.  Stir in flour to make a roux.  Slowly stir in half and half until smooth. Add water and chicken bouillon. Let simmer and thicken for about 10 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese.  Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss with cooked pasta.

Spinach Salad

3 cups fresh spinach
¼ sliced purple onion
2 tablespoons bacon bits
½ cup shredded Swiss cheese

¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup sugar
¼  tsp. mustard
1 tablespoon poppy seed
¼ tsp. salt

Combine all dressing ingredients in a measuring cup and mix well.  Add to other ingredients and toss.  Serve immediately.


Orange Julius

6 oz.  frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients except ice in a blender.  Blend 1-2 minutes, adding ice cubes one at a time until smooth.  Makes 4 servings.
