Tortellini Soup
Rolls
Brownies with Ice Cream

Tortellini Soup
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 cup onion
2 cups chicken broth
16 oz. bottle salsa
48 oz. bottle vegetable juice (V-8)
2 lbs. frozen California style vegetables
1 pkg. frozen cheese Tortellini

Saute’ onions until transparent.  Add hamburger and cook until brown; drain fat.  Add all ingredients except Tortellini in a stock pot and bring to a rolling boil.  Boil for five minutes until vegetables are hot throughout.  Add Tortellini 10-15 minutes before serving.


Brownies
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Soften butter.  Stir in other ingredients. Pour into prepared square baking dish.  Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
