1 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 cup water
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. salt
5 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
6 cups flour
Add sugar and yeast to 1/2 cup water. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup water, salt, sugar and oil. Stir until dissolved. Add 3 cups flour. Add yeast mixture; stir Add 3 more cups of flour. Mix with hands and knead well. Let rise, punch down every 15 min. for 1 hour.
Form 1/2 into bread sticks.
Form 1/2 into cinnamon rolls. Roll out and sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar and chocolate chips.
