Recipe from Whit Crabtree
1 T. yeast
2 T. Sugar
½ t. Salt
2 ¼ C. Flour
1 T. Canola oil
1 C. Hot water (not scalding)
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
Mix sugar, salt and yeast. Mix in the flour, make a well for
the oil and water. Pour in oil and water.
Mix well into a ball. Knead the dough well. Put dough in
gallon zip lock, set in hot water for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough and set onto pan. Put on toppings and bake
for 10 minutes or until done.
