Meat Balls



Recipe from Zoey Robinson

1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup milk

Heat oven to 400.  In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.  Shape mixture into 20-24 (1 1/2 inch) meatballs.  Place on baking sheet.  Bake uncovered for about 20 minute for until no longer pink in the center.
