1 package bacon
7 red potatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
Seasoned salt and pepper to taste
6 eggs
1/2 cup cheese
Directions. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Add potatoes to bacon grease along with garlic, seasoned salt and black pepper. Cook until potatoes are soft. When potatoes are tender, add crumbled bacon. Pour eggs over potatoes and cook until firm. Sprinkle cheese on top.
