· 1 ½ cup warm water
· 1 ½ tsp. salt
· 1 Tbsp. oil
· 1 Tbsp. sugar

Add I Tbsp. yeast. Stir all together in
a plastic bowl with a lid, and with a wooden spoon. Let rise minute. Add 4 cups
of flour, after yeast has dissolved. Stir every 10 minutes with a wooden spoon,
5 times.

Roll dough out to 1/2” thick. Roll into
a long loaf and place on greased cookie sheet or Teflon sheep. Slit top with a
sharp knife several times. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake 350 for 25-40 minutes.
