Creamy Garlic Mushrooms

Recipe from Aly Wise
2 Tbsp. butter
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
8 oz. whole mushrooms
2 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. fresh grated Parmesan
salt and pepper
small handful fresh parsley, finely chopped, divided


Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.  Add garlic and mushrooms.  Cook until tender, about 5-6 minutes.  Add cream cheese Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, salt and pepper.  Simmer until thickened.  Garish with reserved parsley.
