Lasagna
Green Beans
Bread Sticks
Chocolate/Ice Cream

Lasagna
1 lb hamburger
1 jar spaghetti sauce
12 lasagna noodles
1 lb cottage cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Boil water and cook pasta.  Brown meat, add spaghetti sauce and simmer. Lightly grease 9x13. Place a small amount of meat sauce in bottom of dish then layer 4 noodles, 1/3 of meat sauce, 1. Cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Repeat these layers 1 time. The last time through the layers, there is no cottage cheese and use 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Bread Sticks
1 Tbsp. Yeast
1 Tbsp. powdered milk
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup very warm water
1 Tbsp honey
2 cups flour
1/4 cup butter
Garlic salt
Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine water and yeast in glass measuring cup--allow to grow.
Yeast bubbly? Pour into mixing bowl, knead dough until soft but not sticky. Roll dough 3/4 inch thick - cut in 1 inch wide strips. Place butter on cookie sheet - melt in hot oven. Roll bread strips into rope lengths- dip in melted butter. Place side by side. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese. Let raise 10 minutes. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
