Ciabatta Sandwiches
Potato Chowder
Moon Pie

Ciabatta Sandwiches (like a ham or turkey sandwich except cooked)

Ciabatta bread                                     1 tomato (optional)
Provolone cheese                                ham slices
Butter melted                                      turkey slices
Grease a cookie sheet. Cut the Chapatti bread and butter insides. Put in oven for 350* for 5 minutes and cover with tinfoil. Take out of oven, remove tinfoil, and add ingredients. Spread miracle whip and mustard (or honey mustard) then layer in this order: turkey, ham, tomato, provolone cheese. Put back in oven uncovered for 5 minutes or when cheese melts.

Potato Chowder

1 Tbsp. Butter                                    1/8 tsp. pepper
2 large potatoes, diced                        2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup water                             1 cup milk                               ½ tsp. salt
Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add potatoes, water, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer about ten minutes or until potatoes are tender. Combine flour and small amount of water into the paste. Add to soup. Add milk and cook until thickened. Stirring constantly.

Moon Pie

1 ½ c. water                            2 sm. Pkgs. Instant vanilla pudding
1 cube + 2 Tbsp. butter          3 cups milk
8 oz. cream cheese                  12 oz. cool whip
1 ¼ cups flour                         Hershey’s chocolate syrup
5 eggs

Boil together the water and the butter. Stir in the flour. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Spread on greased cookie sheet (dough will be sticky). Bake at 400* for 25-30 minutes. Do not open oven while baking. When done, it will look like creators. Cool. Cream well. Spread on the bottom layer. Refrigerate until set. Then spread the cool whip on top and drizzle with the Hershey’s chocolate syrup.
